Established in 2023 by Expats.cz Pavla Engel and Martin Howlings who partnered with Key & Sparks Dana Poul-Graf, the Expats.cz Business Leaders Club is an exclusive, invitation-only group offering quarterly educational and networking events for top level executives in the Czech Republic.

Events are carefully curated to reflect today’s needs of business leaders and guided by qualified and experienced speakers with topics in self-leadership, coaching, branding, etc. Our events promote networking of high level executives in safe small groups. Many of the attendees are expats, many are leaders of big global companies here in the Czech republic. We welcome guests to the group to diversify, learn about new industries and meet new interesting leaders.

These events are designed to challenge perspectives, inspire action, and provide practical tools for leadership enhancement.

Harnessing Rebellion – Leading Within and Against the System

A thought-provoking and practical conversation on the delicate balance between disruption and steady leadership. Together, we explored the "rebel’s roadmap": a way to distinguish when rebellion creates genuine progress versus mere resistance, and whether true transformation is more powerful from outside the system or within it.

We visited the exclusive private collections hidden in the basement depository of Kunsthalle Praha, guided by Gallery Director and EBLC member Ivana Goossen and Collection Curator Barbora Ropková, discovering works of modern and contemporary Czech and European art. C-level executive networking.
